Kim, a Texas licensed broker, is a 21-year veteran in the real estate industry who has represented buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and tenants in over 860 real estate transactions. Kim built a solid foundation of real estate clients through referrals from past clients, relocation companies, and friends who trust her industry knowledge, experience, and responsiveness. She focuses on integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service in every detail of each real estate transaction. Her strong base of loyal repeat clients is the reason Kim has been so successful in this competitive market. She is a proven leader in the field offering her expertise in both new construction and existing home transactions.
With her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington, Kim began her career designing neighborhoods for developers with a local engineering firm. Her background in engineering offers knowledge in evaluating drainage and structural issues. As a trustworthy source of market knowledge, history, and development, Kim specializes in applying her expertise in negotiating the best value and pricing for her clients.
In addition to volunteering with her children through National Charity League and Second Saturdays Mothers and Sons, Kim serves on the Board of Governors at the Four Seasons Resort Golf and Sports Club. She loves to serve others and spend time with her husband, Mark, and their two teenage children. Playing doubles tennis is her favorite type of exercise allowing for fun competition.
